What counts as a run?
One run each time a bot is triggered, however many steps it has. Retries inside a run are free. A bot that runs every hour uses about 720 runs a month.
What's an active bot?
One that's switched on. Drafts and paused bots don't count, and you can keep as many as you like. Free runs 5 at a time; every paid plan is unlimited.
What's an assistant message?
One question or request to the assistant. Bigger jobs, like building a whole bot, count as a few.
What happens at the limit?
We tell the owner at 80% and at 100%. At 100% schedules skip and incoming events wait, up to a day, until the 1st or until you change plans. Nothing is lost and there's no surprise bill. The assistant pauses for that member until the 1st.
How does annual billing work?
You pay once a year and get 12 months for the price of 10. Limits are the same as monthly: your runs still reset on the 1st of each month. Refunds follow the Terms.
Can I change plans?
Any time, from Settings in the app. New limits apply right away.
Why per organization?
One plan covers the whole business. Each member gets their own assistant messages.
